Grace Inventories provides professional, independent property inventory and inspection services across London, Kent and the South East.
Our fees are based on the size, layout, furnishing level and requirements of each property, with all charges confirmed before the appointment.
Standard Residential Pricing
Inventory Reports from £115
Check-Out Reports from £105
Routine Property Inspections from £60
Bespoke quotations are available for larger properties, high-value homes, complex inventories and portfolio instructions.
Agency & Portfolio Pricing
We work with letting agents, property managers and landlords requiring regular or multiple inspections.

Additional Charges
Where applicable, the following charges may apply:
Sundays and Bank Holidays: £50 surcharge
London Congestion Zone: £15 surcharge
Additional rooms: £10 per room, including en-suites, conservatories and similar additional spaces
Any additional charges will be confirmed in advance.
Cancellations & Aborted Appointments
Appointments cancelled or aborted with less than 48 hours’ notice are charged at 50% of the agreed booking fee.
Check-In Service
A check-in service can be added to an inventory appointment, including tenant handover, keys and meter readings where required.
