Inventory & Schedule of Condition
A detailed record of the property at the start of the tenancy, including fixtures, fittings, contents, cleanliness and condition, supported by comprehensive photographic evidence.
Check-In
A professional check-in service confirming the condition of the property at handover, together with keys, meter readings and other relevant tenancy information.
Check-Out
A detailed comparison against the original inventory, recording changes in condition, cleanliness, damage, missing items and other notable differences at the end of the tenancy.
Routine Property Inspections
Periodic property inspections providing landlords and property managers with an up-to-date photographic record of the property, including maintenance issues, signs of damp or mould, general condition and tenant observations.
